A Technical Director, or AV Director, is responsible for overseeing the design, audiovisual functions, technology, and all technical elements of a live show.The main duty of a Technical Director is to provide technical direction on business decisions and execution of specific projects

Spyder Operator

The Spyder Operator works with the Production and Operations staff in the control room before and during productions.He specializes in programming and operating Christie Digitals Spyder X80 and X20 video processors and presentation switchers for corporate events, trade shows, concerts, tours and installations.The Spyder Operator will be responsible for preparing and changing video elements during live and pre-recorded productions.

E2/S3 Operator

The operators of our E2 and S3 equipment are all certified technicians.Available to provide the necessary work to execute the planning, integration and programming to operate the exhibition site.They also do design and editing of graphics, animations or custom video content, creation of signal flows and other elements to make your exhibition a success.

Production Manager

Event production managers are responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of events.Our professionals work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and then develop and implement a plan that will ensure the event is a success, from pre-production, operations, and staff and crew management. It is the link between the client and the crew.An industry professional who is proficient in pre-production, operations, and personnel and equipment management.Responsible for the overall success of the event.

Projectionist

Our experienced projectionists who specialize in mixing and curved screens, perform setup, balancing, calibration, mixing, networking, and all other tasks as required.They operate the equipment and guarantee that the result of the projection meets the expectations of the event.

Media Server

A media server will handle the playback of video content, sometimes also incorporating live video and audio, with the unique ability to manipulate these images with a real-time graphics engine.Our Media Server Operators are certified engineers. Specializing in D3 (Disguise) and Watchout.

Show Caller

A production professional who transmits the client’s requirements, directing all the audiovisual technicians and engineers in the direction of video, lighting, camera, slideshows, announcers, music, musicians, DJs, dancers and performers, so that everything happens in the right moment.Responsible for the previous show and the technical tour, and for the supervision of the show. He makes adjustments for unrehearsed speeches.The host of the show is solely responsible for providing the audience experience.

PRIMARY POSITIONS

A1

Supervise the installation, implementation and maintenance of all audio visual equipment within multiple locations.Responsible for the set, speaker placement, system tuning, operation, audio cues, and strike of system, with common knowledge about digital consoles 9×32, Is9, Midas, Pro Series y Soundcraft suite. Audio engineers use machinery and equipment to record, synchronize, mix, or reproduce music, voices, or sound effects. Will be working with the post-production team in creating great sound quality for posted and streamed videos.

Graphics OP

The graphics operator primarily maintains the bottom third of a TV screen and inserts anchor names, scores, facts, or subject lines. They may also be responsible for creating full-screen graphics such as charts and graphs that represent statistics about a sport, team, or event.He is characterized by his skills in handling PowerPoint and Keynote, available to operate a wide array of media systems and able to work under stressful situations.

Projectionist

A qualified projectionist (Converge) will be an expert in large format projection, lenses and associated calculations, delivering the right image.Must help with setup and strike projectors, set up and calibrate projection systems, balance and converge projectors.A projectionist must be able to focus, converge (dual/triple stack), blend edges, and troubleshoot Christie, Panasonic, Barco (10k, 14k, 20k, etc.)

V1

The lead video engineer’s responsibility is to ensure the proper operation of a complex onboard video system that delivers content for the entire crew.It is responsible for monitoring all video setup and operation, including all helper hands, V2, V3, and camera operations.Responsible to the projectionist for the preservation of the integrity of the design during the life of the show.Monitor camera, operations, projectionist, graphics, and playback operationsGenerates constructive criticism from multiple satellite broadcasts and records numerous channels of video and audio.

Playback OP

Run a system that only runs video content. It is in charge of all video content and runs multiple machines at once especially for those more complex video setups where you have multiple projectors or want to show one video on one screen and another video on another screen.The Playback Operator must test all the videos that have been received, schedule playback cues, adjust volume levels, and make sure everything is in sync.

LED Engineer

They have experience installing, operating, and configuring many different types of processors. They are characterized by the speed in which these processors can be configured for their successful execution during the event.They have great knowledge of all aspects of the video wall system and will manage the system throughout the event.

Monitor Engineer

The monitor engineer is responsible for assisting in the loading and setup of the necessary equipment and supervising the performance of the operation of the monitor mixer, the maintenance and repair of the headphones of the performers of the event, the equipment in the stage and background.

General AV Tech

Specialized in operating and managing AV equipment, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow. His responsibilities revolve around liaising with customers to identify their needs, install and configure equipment, perform regular maintenance checks to ensure quality, and take corrective action when necessary.

L1

Oversees the entire board when it comes to lighting, choosing the colors and deciding where the positions of the lights will go. Inspect and test these electrical accessories, as well as developing a setup and configuration that works best for the event. work collaboratively with stage and camera technicians to create functional and visually appealing lighting.

Record OP

Certified and experienced professional in the use of Pro-Video HD recording systems, such as KiPro and Atomos decks, who is responsible for monitoring all video and audio transmissions and communicating any necessary changes to V1, to ensure that the recordings are completely perfect.

Teleprompter OP

Teleprompter  operates the display device that prompts the speaker with electronic visual text of a speech or script.Multiple options available: Presidential, Through-the-Lens, Direct Feed and more.

Lead Rigger

Oversee rigging team operations, ensuring safe rigging systems are designed and built. They have an engineering education and understand how much weight to hang, they are an important part of planning a safe event.

LD

Design the plot, the location of the accessories, the distribution of energy/signal and the final aspect of the event.They oversee the entire board when it comes to lighting, choosing the colors and deciding where the positions of the lights will go.

Camera OP

Direct the cameras. Depending on how many cameras are available for the event, a camera operator is usually enabled for each one.Build and operate all fixed broadcast/studio configured cameras, regardless of lens configuration

Lead Carpenter

Qualified Carpenter and Onsite Fabricator, who is in charge of executing the plans established by the production manager, the technical director and other personnel of the AV workshop to support the vision of the director and the set designers for each block of the event.Ensuring department completes assigned projects by given deadline date.Responsible for the set/setup of all staging, set pieces, banners, props, piping, and drapes.

Crew Lead

Responsibility to make sure that everyone is on time, that they have their breaks, and that their time is recorded correctly. Maintain good relationship between client and crews

ASSISTANT POSITIONS

A2- Audio Assist

The A2 assists the A1 with setup and activation of the entire audio system.Configuration and wiring of wireless microphones, wired and wireless intercom systems, speaker/line array configuration.The A2s can be used in all entertainment environments and are qualified for all entertainment features, ensuring talent/speakers are prepared to take the stage, with the mic positioned correctly between mic frequencies, mic rotation, between others.

L2- Lighting Assist

The L2 assists the L1 in setting up and powering up the entire lighting system and at events that are too big for the L1 to do it all alone.L2 responsibilities deal with a number of skills and responsibilities, such as assisting L1 with building structures, prop placement, power/signal distribution, and focusing.The lighting system technician is usually the person who makes sure they are in the correct positions.

Breakout Tech

Prepare, transport, configure, operate and disassemble audiovisual systems for the event. Responsible for the set and strike of the breakout rooms. not an operatorEnsure the safe transfer, loading and unloading of all equipment.

Networking Tech

Responsibilities of a computer network technician include, : setting up/attacking and maintaining networks, servers, routers, printers and digital signage, setting up different types of networks and connecting them. Computer networking technology can be used in all entertainment environments.Responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer and network systems.

Breakout OP

Breakout Operator offers solutions for engaging video displays, effective lighting, breakout rooms and more. He is responsible for the setup, operation, and activation of all AV equipment within a room. These equipments are usually the microphones, microphone podium, LCD projectors, tripod or quick-fold screen, basic video switchers, 24-hour analog lighting board channels and static placement. Computer & IT

The Computer and IT Technician is responsible for setting up computers, often for check-in areas, training areas, and digital signage.He performs the installation and disassembly of basic computer systems. DOES NOT install networks.

V2- Video Assist

They control the cameras and all the settings that go with the camera.The V2 assists the V1, projectionist or tape operator with setup and activation of the entire video system.They need to be mobile, so they can get up and go make sure something is working when they need to change settings on video equipment in real time, for example adjusting the brightness of a camera in the middle of an event broadcast.

General AV

Assists in unloading, pushing and sorting boxes when loading. It also helps in setting up small meeting rooms for larger general sessions on a general basis.Has experience assisting all departments but is not focused on one core skill.
